We shall assemble the PC, install Windows Trial version and all drivers before dispatching the machine.
Q2. Will you update the Latest Bios of the motherboard before sending?
Yes we update the motherboard with the latest Bios

Yes we shall be installing latest drivers .
Q4.Do you test the machine before sending ? What kind of test do you perform and how many hours ?
We test the machine for 7-10 hours before sending it out to you. We run tests like 3d mark, Furnmark which would put full load on graphics card and CPU so that we can check the maximum temperature it reaches . After this, the machine is put to a vibration test which ensures that there is nothing loose inside.
Q5. Can I come and buy product from your office ?
Please check Kryptronix.in for any of our products and services. Although a customer can visit and directly buy from our office.
Q6. How many days would you take for the build, test the machine once you get the order ?
It depends on the pending orders. Generally we take 2-3 working days to dispatch the machine, after building and testing the machine.
Q7. Why no 24 Hours technical support. ?
24 hour support sounds amazing, but in reality it is sure a disappointment. A highly qualified technician will not work at odd hours (read as 4 am) on telephone support. We believe that every interaction that you do have with our technical guys should be of higher quality with the aim to resolve your problem and not read off some mindless script.

Q9. What will happen if the material if the material received get damage , lost in transit ?
All our shipments are fully insured for damage, loss, natural calamity and accident. You just need to make a video while opening the pack. If anything is found to be damaged in transit then we shall replace the same . If the shipment is lost in transit then we shall send you a new product .So you are a 100% safe.
Q10. What is the procedure for getting a replacement if the shipment gets damage in transit ?
ou just need to send us a video while opening the package which clearly shows that the damage is done in transit. Once verified, we shall send a replacement.
Q11. Which courier company do you use?
We use some of the best courier companies, FedEx, Blue Dart , Delhivery, Express Bees, etc., depending upon your location for shipping the material.
Q12. What will happen if the packing is empty or there is a wrong product inside?
Please make sure you make a video while opening the box. This works as a proof of a discrepancy during transit and helps us ensure we can take corrective measures right away.
Q13. Do I need to keep the packing material safely?
Yes, you are advised to keep the packing and the box with you. Just in case we need to pick up your machine / component for warranty then this shall be required.
Q14. How can I claim warranty if something goes wrong?
Our invoice shall mention all components with their respective serial numbers and warranty tenure. In case something goes wrong, you have two options –
(I). You reach out to us, we shall assess the fault though video call and remote access and arrange for a pickup of the component and drop the same after repair/replacement. This service shall be available to you for free till 2 years.
(II) You can take the faulty component to any service center which is near to you and have it repaired/replaced. Our invoice is valid all across the country.

They prepared the rig by 7th of March and shipped it on the same date after testing the system and sending me the videos and screenshots of their tests. It arrived perfectly 2 days later on the 10th of March. Everything came assembled except for the 5080, which I installed after talking to their technician. Now, after using it for 1 month, I can safely say it was a great decision to invest in this system and buying it from them. It runs everything including any and all games flawlessly. However, they need to work on their communication a bit as they went silent after advance booking and didn't update me much on what was happening with my system between 3rd and 7th. I had to contact them everytime, albeit they responded immediately.
