Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Custom PC Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-performance custom computers based on client specifications, ensuring each build is optimized, cleanly wired, and fully functional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble custom desktop PCs according to client requirements and company quality standards.
• Install and configure components including motherboards, CPUs, GPUs, RAM, storage, power supplies, and cooling systems.
• Perform cable management for optimal airflow and aesthetics.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure stability and performance.
• Update BIOS/firmware and install operating systems and necessary drivers.
• Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers regarding hardware usage and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Keep up with the latest trends in PC hardware and technology.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience building and troubleshooting PCs (personal or professional).
• Strong understanding of PC components and compatibility.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
• Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of software and operating system installation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or certification in computer hardware, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with liquid cooling, overclocking, or building workstations for gaming/editing.
